Many thanks indeed - the chair was delivered by your contacts from Toolbox on Monday. It is currently displayed in my office as it is pouring with rain here! Once the weather improves, I will take a nice photo of it somewhere at the embassy for your use.
Meanwhile, it is drawing very positive comments from my visitors, some of whom have been inclined to sit in it.

Just thought I would write to let you know how please I have been with the service from your company. I phoned up last Thursday to order a ladies half apron, gauntlets and flower scissors (all in the most amazing pink!) for a retirement present for a work colleague. The lady I spoke to on the phone was incredibly helpful and even offered to wrap up the items for me as they were for a gift.
To my amazement the items arrived the following day, beautifully wrapped and in immaculate condition. My colleague was absolutely thrilled with her presents and everybody who saw them commented on the quality of the items.

I was fortunate enough to stumble across your stand at Burghley Horse Trials in September, and after much 'umm-ing' and 'ahhh-ing' I bought a wonderful bright yellow leather holdall with green trim and straps. I just had to write and share with you just how much I love this bag!!
I have had so many compliments on the colour I have lost count - the bright yellow is truly delicious! I use it everyday, and even in the rain it has retained its glorious shape and colour. I have of course told all onlookers, quite proudly, that it is made by your goodselves in Shropshire, and that it is a bit of an unusual one; I seem to remember you saying that you hadn't made too many products in the same colour.
Well I have to say - I love it! And judging by the wonderful compliments I have received so does everyone else. Many thanks for creating such a wonderful item. It is my absolute FAVORITE bag of all time!
