As summer draws to a close we always look forward to being part of the Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials. The largest and most celebrated Equestrian event in the UK, set in the magnificent Elizabethan parkland surrounding Burghley House.
This year was no exception, glorious weather and and and even more glorious crowd. We took along our latest wares, all carefully crafted in the tannery over the months leading up to the show. And as usual it was wonderful to meet so many of our customers both old and new.
As usual it was our shooting accessories and hats that proved most popular over the weekend. We even had a special visitor to the stand, TV presenter Clare Balding.
Clare is shown here wearing a new product we launched at the show, our Soft Suede Shirt Jacket, hand-tanned and handcrafted here in Bridgnorth.
We're soon to launch these online, they will be priced at £245, and if you're quick you can order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and you'll be the first to receive yours.
Our congratulations to Pippa Funnell of course, who walked away with the highly coveted trophy aboard Jonathan and Jane Clarke’s MGH Grafton Street, 16 years after her last win here with Primmore’s Pride.
A great weekend, and we look forward to September 2-6 2020 when Burghley returns.
