Returns
We are sorry that you are thinking about returning your Bradley's item.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, without use or wear, within 7 days. Please contact sales@bradleysthetannery.co.uk if you wish to return or exchange an item stating your order number and details. Return postage costs are covered by you, unfortunately we do not offer free returns.
Refunded amounts will be the price paid for any returned goods but will not include postage or delivery costs.
Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.
Faulty goods
If you find your goods to be faulty within 30 days of receiving them please contact us on sales@bradleysthetannery.co.uk.
We’ll discuss this with you and provide a refund, exchange or repair.
Cancellations or changes to your order
Once an order has been placed online you are unable to make changes to it. We usually process orders within 24-48 hours.
